RIDGID introduces the 18V Brushless 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer Kit with a 2.0Ah Battery and Charger. RIDGID’s brushless motor technology delivers maximum performance and longer runtime. This straight finish nailer has the power to quickly drive 1-1/4 in. to 2-1/2 in. 16 gauge finish nails into hardwoods 35% faster than the previous model (R09892). Ideal for exterior trim, crown molding, baseboard, staircase tread, and so much more, this finish nailer is a highly versatile tool. Capable of driving 1,700 nails per charge using a 4.0Ah MAX Output battery, this nailer delivers all day runtime. Designed to reduce fatigue, it is 15% lighter weight and 10% more compact than its predecessor (R09892). Equipped with CLEAN DRIVE Technology, this straight finish nailer drives nails flush at any angle, reduces jams, eliminates MDF trim blowouts, and doesn’t leave driver blade marks on the work surface. The selectable mode switch allows contact actuation or single sequential driving. As always, this RIDGID 18V Brushless 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer is 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V batteries.
