Please note we are experiencing longer processing times than normal. Orders may take up to 7 business days for processing.
Direct Tools only ships within the Continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: Orders with 2 Business Day Shipping received after noon EST will be processed the next business day. Orders with 2 Business Day Shipping received after noon EST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Problem with your online order?
Our Customer Care Experts are knowledgeable and have the resources to resolve any issue quickly. Please call us directly at 1-877-203-3246, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, has missing parts, or isn't operating as advertised. Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving product. The product or damaged/missing part will be replaced free of charge at our sole discretion.
Unused merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt, minus shipping fees and a 20% re-stocking fee. Items returned may be refused due to the condition of the returned merchandise. Some electrical items, such as batteries and chargers, are not eligible for returns. 'Non-returnable Item' will be noted on the product information page of the website.
For in store purchases, please reference your customer receipt or reach out to your nearest Direct Tools Factory Outlet store.
How to return merchandise:
- Call 1-877-203-3246 to obtain an RMA number.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of package.
- Adhere shipping label to package and drop off at your nearest FedEx Location
